Cinnamon Rolls

Mix at speed one until moist:
3 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. mashed potato flakes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
Add:
2 T. yeast
5-7 c. flour

Add flour until bowl comes clean. Mix at speed 2 for 3 min. Place on oiled counter. Let rise 15 minutes then punch down and rol to 18"x15" . Brush with melted butter, 1-1 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Roll and cut 1/2- 1 inch thick with thread. Line pan with parchment paper. Let rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Frost.

Frosting:
6 T. butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3-4 T. cream (or evaporated milk)
4 c. powdered sugar

Stir until smooth. Add drops of milk until desired constistency.
