Grandma Pearl's Pie Crust

3 cups flour
1 ½ cups Crisco
1-2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vinegar
5 T. very cold water

Cut Crisco into flour and salt until well mixed. Mix water and vinegar, pour into egg and add at once to the flour mixture, mixing well. Makes 3 large one crust or 4 med. Double crust pies
