¾ c. onion, chopped
1 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/3 c. half n half
2 c. grated Monterey Jack Cheese
2 med. tomatoes, diced
1 T. jalapeno, diced
Mix together ingredients. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips.
